Recently I previewed this lovely home at 22 Port Court - a gorgeous remodeled home on the beach in Miramar Beach.

The gated community of Shipwatch is on the east end of Scenic Gulf Dr (or old Hwy 98).  It is conveniently located to Silver Sands Outlet Mall for shopping and restaurants as well as about a mile down the road to Grand Boulevard for movies and more.  Destin is minutes away to the west and South Walton / 30A is minutes to the east.

Rental projections are for 26 weeks out of 52  at $225k  and it sleeps 23 people (5 bedrooms / 5 bathrooms)!  It also has an established history - folks really like it here :o)

But what about the views... aahhhhh, WORTH IT!!
